How To Make Cream Cheese Wontons

  1. MIX: To make cream cheese wontons, simply combine the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix until incorporated.
  2. FILL: Spoon about 1 full teaspoon of the mixture onto the center of a wonton wrapper.
  3. FOLD: Use your finger to dab the edges of the wrapper with water and pinch the seams together tightly so the filling can not escape.
  4. FRY: Dunk the wontons in hot oil, and cook until golden brown and crispy.

PRO TIP: Wonton wrappers can dry out pretty quickly if left exposed to the air. Use a damp paper towel to cover the stack of wrappers while you’re preparing them.
